Guest Policy & Venue Guidelines

Bag Policy

All bags are subject to inspection at entry. To maintain a safe and efficient entry process, we enforce the following bag policy at all events:

• Permitted: Clear bags measuring 12″×6″×12″ or smaller.
• Permitted: Small clutch purses or wristlets no larger than 4.5″×6.5″ — a clear bag is not required for these.
• Not permitted: Backpacks, non-clear purses, tote bags, and any bag not meeting the above dimensions.
• Medical exception: Medically necessary bags are permitted but are subject to thorough inspection at entry.
• Diaper bag exception: One diaper bag per infant is permitted; it must be clear or will be subject to full inspection.

Permitted Items

• Clear bags meeting the 12″×6″×12″ size requirement
• Small clutch purses or wristlets (4.5″×6.5″ or smaller)
• Blankets
• Low-back stadium chairs or folding chairs (no arms, no cup holders)
• Jackets, coats, and ponchos
• Binoculars (without carrying case)
• Personal cameras with lens under 3″ (no detachable lenses)
• Medically necessary items and prescription medications in original packaging
• Licensed service animals with proper documentation
• Hearing aids and other personal medical devices
• Compact/foldable umbrellas

Prohibited Items

• Firearms, knives, blades of any length, weapons of any kind
• Pepper spray, tasers, stun guns, or any self-defense chemical agents
• Outside food or beverages of any kind — including sealed water bottles
• Pets (service animals with documentation are permitted)
• Backpacks, non-clear bags, luggage of any size
• Glass containers of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses; professional video/audio recording equipment
• Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• Laser pointers
• Noisemakers, air horns, bullhorns
• Selfie sticks, monopods, tripods
• Large umbrellas
• Chain wallets or wallet chains
• Vaping or e-cigarette devices (outside designated areas)
• Political, commercial, or offensive signage or apparel
• Any item management determines to be a hazard or nuisance
• Reentry — once you exit the venue, re-admission is not permitted without a new ticket
• Smoking or vaping outside of designated smoking areas (marked areas near exits)

Admission & Security

All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Refusal to submit to search constitutes refusal of admission, and no refund will be issued.

Grand View Event Center reserves the right to refuse admission to any person at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

Guests who appear intoxicated will be denied entry or removed from the premises.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on venue property.

Photography & Recording

Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted at all events.

Professional photography, video recording, or audio recording for commercial use requires prior written permission from Grand View Event Center management.

By entering the premises, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for broadcast, promotional, or commercial purposes by Grand View Event Center or its authorized partners.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Grand View Event Center events involves inherent risks including but not limited to: contact with animals, flying objects, crowd surges, loud noise, and outdoor weather conditions. All guests attend at their own risk.

Grand View Event Center, its owners, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at any event.

Liability Disclaimer

Grand View Event Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property on venue grounds.

Event details including performers, schedules, and programming are subject to change without notice.

Grand View Event Center reserves the right to cancel or postpone events. Ticket and admission refund policies will be communicated at the time of any cancellation or postponement.

Ejection & No-Refund Policy

Guests who violate these policies, engage in disruptive, harassing, or threatening behavior, or fail to comply with the instructions of event staff or security personnel may be removed from the premises without refund.

No re-entry is permitted once a guest has left the venue.

Grand View Event Center reserves the right to ban any individual from future events at its sole discretion.

ADA & Accessibility

Grand View Event Center is committed to providing accessible experiences for all guests. Guests requiring ADA accommodations or accessible seating are encouraged to contact us in advance so that we may best assist you.

Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome with appropriate documentation.
