Venue Rental Terms

All venue rentals are subject to availability and require a signed rental agreement. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary based on the timing of cancellation and will be detailed in your rental agreement. We recommend reviewing cancellation terms before booking.

Event Rules and Regulations

All events must comply with local laws, venue rules, and regulations. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all applicable rules. Please review our Event Rules and Regulations document.

Liability and Insurance

Event organizers are required to provide proof of insurance as specified in our Certificate of Insurance Requirements. Grand View Event Center is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your event.

Damage and Cleanup

Renters are responsible for any damage to the venue or property during their event. A security deposit may be required. The venue must be returned to its original condition after the event.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, excessive noise, and activities that may damage the property are prohibited. Smoking policies and other restrictions will be detailed in your rental agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
