Who We Are

Matthew and Susie Horn are proud Delta natives, both born and raised in Delta, Colorado, and graduates of Delta High School. Their deep roots in the Western Slope community have shaped their values and commitment to serving the place they call home.

From their early days growing up in Delta to becoming successful business owners, Matthew and Susie have always been dedicated to building relationships and giving back to the community that shaped them. Their journey reflects a genuine love for the Western Slope and a passion for creating spaces where people can come together.

Our Journey

After graduating from Delta High School, Matthew and Susie began their entrepreneurial journey as previous owners of Whiskey's Liquor Store. This experience taught them the fundamentals of running a business and building lasting customer relationships within the Delta community.

Today, they are the current owners of The Yard Family Fun Center, where families gather to play and create memories together. They also own and operate Grand View Event Center, providing a premier venue for rodeos, events, concerts, festivals, and future farmers markets on the Western Slope. Additionally, they maintain rental properties throughout the area, further investing in the Delta community and supporting local housing needs.

We love where we live and enjoy working with the community that we live in! Our businesses are more than just ventures—they're extensions of our commitment to Delta and the Western Slope. Every celebration, gathering, and event we host is an opportunity to give back to the place that has given us so much.

We are very grateful & thankful for all of the support that the community has shown us over the years. Looking ahead, we're excited to host many memorable events at the Grand View Event Center, continuing to serve Delta and the Western Slope for years to come. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where the community can celebrate milestones, gather for special occasions, and build lasting memories together.
